Toothbrushes
Ideally, we should be using two separate brushes. One in the morning and one at night. This allows a full drying of all surfaces of the bristles, preventing bacterial growth. I prefer electric at night, manual in the morning.
Use Code PRO10 for 10 percent off. This is by far my favorite brush of all time. Swiss engineered with unique bristles that protect the gums while providing an unbelievably smooth clean.
Hydrosonic Pro, Electric Toothbrush - Curaprox
It’s called velvet because that’s how good it feels on the teeth. This is the Lamborghini of manual toothbrushes. Most brushes come with 2,000-3,500 bristles, this beauty has nearly 12,500. Unique filaments that are softer, safer and more effective.
Curaprox CS 12460 Velvet – Most gentle cleaning
Floss and Interdental Aids
Instead of sliding over plaque, this floss is like a loofah between your teeth, getting much more plaque off the teeth. We’re going from scraping to scrubbing. That’s how we stay healthy.
Coco Floss - Amazon.com
Swiss-engineered interproximal brushes. Still shocked at how great these are at removing plaque from between the teeth.
Prime Interdental Brushes - Curaprox
If you’ve ever sat in my dental chair then you probably know how I feel about this tool. Chef’s kiss.
White Waterpik™ Aquarius™ Water Flosser

I love this stuff. The gold standard for maintaining an already healthy mouth. PH neutral, helps protect the good bacteria while helping you maintain your oral health.
CloSYS Ultra Sensitive Mouthwash
Tongue Scraper
Simple, effective, inexpensive. I won’t go a day without it.
Tongue Scraper - Single by BreathRx
Oral Probiotics
The best oral probiotics around. I love knowing that the good guys are crowding out the bad guys.
