Easily do-able in one day, prices are ok.
Geiselwind Adventure Park
Plan at least 2 days and expect LONG waiting lines for almost all rides. Expensive and full, but worth it.

Rather expensive but a cool mix.
Phantasialand
Best vacation spot for families with kids. Many themed playgrounds, one rollercoaster without any loopings, indoor playground and bumper cars. We do go there every year!
