High impact, *mostly* low cost, easy to use, and relatively safe (because who has time to look up ALL the ingredients?!). These are my best bets.

We flew with my 13-month-old to Italy from NY - it was an 8+ hour flight (there was an hour delay both ways). Talk about nightmare fuel!
