It’s Brie Cheese without the rind!! It’s so easy to spread and so freaking delish!! Yes, I realize I can just get a wedge but, sometimes…well all the time…the wedges can get messy and all squishy. This is just so much easier.

Okay, so…I got these and I’m not crazy about them. I also ate them as is with nothing on them so, it could just be my fault. It definitely needs to be fancied up with sour cream, guac and salsa. Otherwise, they are bland and a little mealy.
