This is a great product for when breakouts do you happen. It has sulfur as the main ingredient so do use it as a spot treatment and not an all over acne lotion.

Both of my teens, love this lotion. Now one loves it more than the other, but the one who doesn’t smother his entire body in it every night still applies it nightly just lighter. It is a thick lotion, but I haven’t found where it increases breakouts.
