STEP 2: use the concealer for any blemishes that need extra coverage and your under eyes!

STEP 4: with a powder puff, set your under eyes and blemishes. then with a fluffy brush, lightly dust powder over where you used the ilia serum. don’t use too much, we just want to slightly set everything so it doesn’t move!

STEP 5: it’s called the “Soft Pop Powder Blush”. With a fluffy brush, dust the blush where you placed the liquid blush.

STEP 6: apply it to the high point of your face (cheekbones, tip of your nose, nose bridge, eye inner corners, upper lip, under your brows). blend with your fingers.
