My favorite spin class with unmatched energy. You'll ride to the beat and add in choreography (like crunches, presses, etc.) to get the most of the cardio-heavy workout.
Ignite Cycle
A fun full-body workout that starts with a muscle-focused circuit then finishes with a round of the “gauntlet” where you'll do different kickboxing moves. So fun and a great way to get a ton of energy out!
