After trying meds for a couple years, I weaned off and then explored alternatives until I achieved the same feeling of competence. Everyone’s experience is different but I’ve appreciated the chance to feel my best naturally - when I remember to take them! 🤣 My type is mostly inattentive with caffeine sensitivity, not hyperactive calmed by caffeine.

Do not stop taking prescription medication without discussing with your provider. I learned my body needed sufficient time to reset after weaning off prescriptions before slowly adding in any supplements. My notes of “caused anxiety” were a much more uncomfortable experience than two words imply and took several days to undo by stopping all supplements and then later adding back in the ones that appeared safe for me personally.
