This is a non affiliate list, I just want to be helpful. I WISH when I went for mine, more people were aware. I wish more people stopped assuming it was the “easy way out” I’d be prepared for a c section emergency knowing what I know now.
I had for the longest time just put gauze and cover when I went out but the movement really really hurt me. This was so much easier later.

A tight supportive underwear made the world of a difference when it came to pain. Any other time I felt like my insides were gonna come out when I coughed but this really helped, even with the anxiety of it all.

Heating pad is a must. You can do a rice fill up one, heat in microwave etc. or an electric. I used both but the rice one I could use longer since you shouldn’t have heat on too long!
