this past September I took my first ever trip to New York! we were only there for three days, but we fit in almost everything we could! I absolutely loved it there and wanted to share everywhere I went, and what I recommend seeing!

this is a four story barnes & noble. A FOUR STORY BARNES & NOBLE. like I don't even need to say anything else.
Barnes & Noble
this is a romance only bookstore and it has amazing vibes. it's so cozy and radiates romance energy
The Ripped Bodice
this tour really takes you behind the scenes and lets you see how all of the nbc live productions work! the coolest part was definitely seeing the snl studio!
The Tour at NBC Studios
THE musical for greel mythology nerds. the production is amazing, the songs slap, and the stars really put their heart and soul into their performances
Hadestown
this was one of my favorite places we went. the tour was amazing and informative, the views are breathtaking, and the elevator ride is so cool
One World Trade Center
as a book nerd, this library is EVERYTHING. even though it's mostly a museum, it still has so many cool artifacts, paintings, and statues. the architecture is also so stunning
New York Public Library
it's just a staple part of nyc culture. and the today show sometimes films outside.
Rockefeller Center
I really did not expect to enjoy this as much as I did. the views were just so cool, especially in the evening. I recommend going around when the sun is setting, because it gets crazy busy once it gets completely dark out
Times Square NYC
after seeing this in so many movies and shows, it was kind of surreal to see it in real life
Grand Central Terminal
I had never heard of Dumbo before this trip. it's a really cool view, and they sometimes have a flea market on the weekends!
DUMBO
it's a museum of dog paintings and information about dog breeds! they also sometimes have events where they bring in actual dogs
Museum of the Dog
this was the only non-book shop I wanted to go to. they had a variety of stuff from all of the teams, with a main focus on the NY and NJ teams
NHL Shop New York City
a must-see museum
American Museum of Natural History
the lego displays in the store were so cool
The LEGO® Store Flatiron …
where we ate
this restaurant has the best panzerotti (baby calzones) I have ever eaten in my entire life. they were so light and fluffy and delicious. they also had really good ravioli. basically, if you like Italian food, you need to eat here!
Nonna Dora's
I am a pizza aficionado, and I approve of this pizza. it's in little Italy, and is so delicious.
Rubirosa Ristorante | Italian Restaurant in New York, NY
this is a great dinner spot! the food is really good and I highly recommend the sweet potato fries, they are life-changing
Home - Park Avenue Tavern
this place is a good stop if you are stopping by dumbo/the bridges
Front Street Pizza
this was my favorite restaurant of the trip. the food was amazing, the views were breathtaking (it looks right onto times square), and the service is amazing. the manager heard it was my first time to NYC, and let me and my mom take a picture on the ...
Broadway Lounge
where we stayed
this was the hotel we stayed at! it was cute, cozy, and very nice. the bed was comfy, and I really liked the bathroom layout
