My favorite loyalty programs are at Ulta, Nordstrom, and CVS. As an over 30 year old woman with combo skin that leans oily and has been prone to breakouts since I was a teen, here’s the routine that I’ve followed for a long time to keep my skin clear and prevent fine lines.
