Long sleeve T shirts
Keeping you warm and dry in the colder months
Same thing as the short sleeve - I have quite a few and think they're awesome for fall. Pair with a vest for colder days too. The Lulu website doesn't appear have them right now but they're on poshmark as well for a great price.
Women's high neck running and training tee - long sleeve
This is a comfy shirt that is similar to the high neck run and train tee from Lulu, but is a little roomier and the material feels SLIGHTLY heavier - I love both a lot and use them interchangeably for the most part.
Brooks Running. Sprint Free Long Sleeve 2.0
A heavier long sleeve for extra chilly mornings (or afternoons or evenings - we don't judge whatever kind of runner you are here on my lists!)
Brooks Running - Notch Thermal Long Sleeve 2.0
Shorts
My favorite no ride-up shorts.
These don't ride up, and have 3 pockets!! Two side pockets and 1 back waist pocket that fits even my iPhone 14 Pro.
Women's Spark 5" spandex-style shorts with three pockets!
12/10 pockets and fit. I wear the
OISELLE O-mazing power shorts with pockets!!!!
Three pockets! A great length!! Love these shorts as well.
Lululemon Fast and Free High-Rise Short 6" with Pockets!!!!
Shoes
These keep my feet healthy and happy
These are a more lightweight shoe and I like them for tempo runs (a faster run than easy, but less than a sprint) and then for race day. They always feel so fresh and light after wearing a heavier shoe for easier runs.
Saucony Kinvara Running Shoes
These took me a little bit to get used to, but now I wear them for all my easy runs!! They are so comfortable and my feet hurt so much less even during long runs.
Women's Clifton 9 Running Shoe | HOKA®
One of my all time fav pair of shoes AND my very first actual run shoe. I hold the GTS close - for good reason. She's soft but sturdy and she lasts hundreds of miles.
These have some type of magic bc they're incredible and SO comfy after a run - especially a long run !! I have the clogs and have for literally years and years. Like clogs are coming back in style. That’s how long I’ve had the clogs. 😂😂😂😂😂😂

Short sleeves
Uh, obviously, sleeves. That are not long.
The best shirts for running, in my opinion. They help me stay cool, they hold up well (I wash on cold and either air dry or dry low heat) and just fit so nicely. They have some reflective dots too on the back. Very comfy and I own like 5 at this poin...
High-Neck Running and Training T-Shirt - Lululemon
Not a Lulu dupe per say - but a great shirt at a great value for your runs!!
Short Sleeve : All In Motion Activewear for Women - Target
Similar to Lulu high neck run and train tee but a bit different material. I really like these and Brooks seems to have them in stock continuously unlike the other brand :) I like both a lot and wear both, but availability is definitely a factor.
Brooks Running - Sprint Free Short Sleeve 2.0
Sunglasses, hats and headbands
Sun gear and sweat gear
These never slip off and they seriously keep the sweat off my face. The best headbands.
Headbands - JUNK Brands
These shades never slip or fall and they're polarized too. And! Super affordable!
Running Sunglasses
I have the Brooks Tempo hat and it's sold out - HOWEVER I have worn this cap when I borrowed from a friend and I really like it! You can find used tempo hats as well if you just google Brooks Running Tempo Cap or something similar!!
Brooks Running - Chaser Hat/Ballcap
Jackets and vests
These feel so quality and are very comfy to wear.
Dash Women's 1/2 Zip Running Jacket
Using an adidas rain jacket in the pouring down rain changed my life not gonna lie 😂
Running Jackets | adidas US
I got this at Costco but you can find it at 32 Degrees website as well I do believe. It's cheap, doesn't fall apart in the wash, lasts many seasons, and IT IS WARM! I pair with one of the long sleeve tees I have in this list as well and it works wond...
Costco - 32 Degrees Ladies' Vest
Socks
Three words: no. more. blisters!
I love feetures socks SO much! I wear the max cushion and love it. No blisters, ever. Even when it's pouring rain and my feet are wet and sloshy! Incredible.
These are top notch when it's so cold that it hurts to exist. For real. Once I discovered running in the freezing cold with a gaitor, I never went back.
Neck Gaiters - JUNK Brands
Sports bras
As a 34G girl who runs, I've been wearing SheFit since I discovered the brand in 2020. I finally felt so much more comfortable running.i have 3 now!
Flex Sports Bra™ - Black - SHEFIT
I also wear the ultimate bra from she fit and it works great too. The flex is just a little less "stuff" on it I guess 😂 have both, really like both! Ultimate bra is their most support but I wear the flex a lot too and find it has amazing support to...
Ultimate Sports Bra | Front Close Adjustable High Impact - SHEFIT
I do not wear this to run!!!!! But it's a good bra for a walk or yoga or something not high impact. I'm a 34G - this one doesn't do great for the bounce issues us big chest girls deal with but it's comfy for lounging, walking, things like yoga or str...
Shefit - Low Impact Sports Bra
Safety first!
I've got this clip on light as well which helps to actually see where the heck I'm going when I'm running and it's dark. 12/10 recommend having this in addition to the vest. It clips right on and is rechargeable. Comes with the cord you need too!
Tracer Lamp - Noxgear
Noxgear has a lot of sales (I got my vest and lamp attachment 50% off) and is a great light vest for dark runs. It’s comfy and super adjustable. I normally hate things like light vests because of comfort - but this one gives no issues
Tracer2 - Performance Safety Visibility Vest - Noxgear
I've carried this on my runs for years. It is LOUD and BRIGHT. I think it's valuable to startle someone away from you and gives you a couple seconds head start if necessary.

Watches, HR monitors, and (soon) more!
This watch is the first brand new garmin I've bought and it's great. Battery life is long and it's not too bulky. I actually use a strap from Amazon because it's less irritating than even the silicon ones from garmin. The silicon ones give me a rash ...
This strap is relatively easy to put on and gets a great read. I do have a large chest but I feel it still gets a read and everything.
Chest strap Heart Rate Monitor - Garmin
Never gives me a rash (unless I leave it on too long post-sweaty-run and my wrist doesn't get a chance to be washed or breathe lol) and is quite frankly (and shockingly, to me) more comfortable than the silicon ones garmin sells with their watches. I...
ANNEFIT Watch Band - fits Garmin 255s + 16-22mm - light brown with gold buckle
Leggings
These are so comfy and are just the right amount of compression!
Loveeee these leggings. Comfy, don't roll down, and the POCKETS!!! They wick sweat well and are a staple for me

For the body
Chafing sticks, sunscreen, oh my!
Beats body glide (and body glide "she" ... whatever that means) by a million miles. Five stars. I still get marks sometimes and small chafe from running because I have legs that touch and that's life. This, however, prevents like 90% of chafe and doe...
Megababe Thigh Rescue Anti-Friction Stick - the best chafe stick out there
I use this sunscreen and this sunscreen aloneeee on my face! I follow with a moisturizer (Sephora's brand moisturizer actually) and it works so well. Absolutely no stinging. It works for long periods of time for me, even for a hour plus longer run wh...
RESIST Skin Restoring Moisturizer with SPF 50 | Paula's Choice
This wears so well under other lotions and serums and sunscreens and also under makeup. It doesn't smell weird and it's so affordable. I love this stuff. I've got verrrry dry skin and this has been doing a great job during the spring and summer month...
Sephora prebiotic moisturizer
I recently got this as a Paula's Choice alternative because it's cheaper and I don't have to order it online (Sephora does not carry the one I use!) and I am really, really liking it!!
