I feel like the scariest part is getting started. These things can help, but work with what you have. Your phone is great, the sun is good lighting etc.
Here is the tripod I use. It's brilliant because it bends, has adjustable height and has lighting built in. But, just know you don't NEED this to start out. It's only a tool.

These mics are great to start with. Easy to use and affordable. Make sure you get the right one for the phone you have. This is good for iphone 15.

Standing desks like these are also very helpful for filming because you can adjust for seating and standing positions. Also not necessary, just helpful if you happen to already want a standing desk.

You also don't need much to start editing. My videos are fairly simple, and if you're starting out, yours might be too. imovie works for long form content, and CapCut for short.
imovie is literally all I use for editing. I refuse to think I need to pay for more.
