We all have to start somewhere, and the best place is to be a consumer. Get tucked into bed, and start your research.
Sassy Sounds is by far my favourite. She has revolutionized ASMR on TikTok as well as Livestream.

Goodnight Moon ASMR is so sweet. One of the first artists I listened to when I was getting into it. She does great roleplays and always has a bunch of props.

Filming can be overwhelming, so we can start small. Get the feel for it.
Decide which social media apps you would like to focus on. Tiktok is great because you can post shorter videos under a min if you like, or even up to ten minutes! You can also start casual with basic lighting and sound, light editing, etc.

Youtube is also a wonderful way to start. You don't need anything fancy like a camera or microphone. If you want, start lofi (like me). Your phone does a great job. You can post videos of any length, and Youtube Shorts a min or less.
YouTube
For your Youtube videos, start easy with editing in imovie if you use Apple products! It's free.

When you are editing on your phone, try the free version of Capcut! But, remember, you can edit within the TikTok app as well. Keep it simple.
