What I packed in my hospital bag that I actually used
All that stress and pushing can make you HOT and sweaty - we had a handheld fan on standby for my partner to point at me when I needed it and I definitely needed it.
Personal Fan White - Dealworthy™
Definitely enjoyed not having my butt out while walking around like I would have with a normal hospital gown - plus this one was way more comfy and cute. Still has access to everything you’d need access to while giving birth.

This one works so much better than the one the hospital gives you - the design helps get you clean exactly where you need it much easier.
Frida Mom Peri Bottle
Your hooha will be on fire - these will feel so nice and help a ton. A good base to your postpartum underwear sandwich (but only for the first few days/week - then switch to normal pads)
Frida Mom Ice Pads
Place in a line on top of your pad and the witch hazel will help relieve the burning.
Tucks Pads
Either spray directly onto yourself down there (that’s what I prefer) or spray onto the pad - helps with the pain.
Dermoplast Spray
Spray onto your pad sandwich. Not a necessity if you have the Tucks Pads but I thought it made things extra soothing down there.
Frida Mom Healing Foam
To hold your postpartum sandwich in- and you can just throw them away every time you change your pad concoction.
Frida Mom Disposable Underwear
For when you no longer need the ice pack pads but still are making your healing sandwich - replace with a large pad like these to hold everything in.
Always Postpartum Pads
You can get the whole kit with almost everything in there! The kit even has its own version of tucks pads (they’re one long strip instead of using a few little round ones like with tucks.)
