This is definitely something I did not have with and wish I did. Hospital air is DRY and you’re mouth breathing a lot during labor so yeah I recommend you don’t forget a chapstick.

Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrush, toothpaste, skincare, hairbrush, deodorant, and a bag to put them all in. Trust you’re not going to want to forget these: showering and taking care of yourself after laboring is a must!

Hydration is soooooo important while laboring and after! You’re definitely going to want something you can drink from easy (preferably with a straw) and refill easily.
