Very heavy duty cup, I used mine prior to breastfeeding and had no issues. I used it to keep pumped milk cold over night and always woke up to ice cold milk ready to transfer into the freezer.

This worked wonders in the beginning of breastfeeding. I used it hot for when the milk was coming in and cold for the soreness. I recommend getting two packs. One to keep cold and one to use for hot.
