My go-to sushi spot, right across the street from Columbus Circle Shops. Cool, modern restaurant for dining or take out.

A side street bakery with delectable treats. Absolutely love the strawberry shortcake so much so that I buy the whole cake. :)
Veniero's Pasticceria & Caffe
Interesting, delicious small pastry shop in Brooklyn. Just beware of limited hours & call or visit website before making a trip there.
Burrow Pastry NYC
I prefer a margherita pizza loaded with basil to the typical NY pizza. If you're looking for the same, this place is wonderful.
