Daniel has dandruff so he always uses this and leaves it on for 5 minutes (in the shower) after massaging into the scalp. The Ketoconazole is the main ingredient that helps kills the fungus (dandruff) and cleans your scalp really well. If this doesn't work, I recommend seeing a dermatologist to get a prescribed 2% Ketoconazole shampoo (not sold in stores).
