My favorite numbing cream comes from Korea, but this is my favorite if you’re in a hurry and need something quick.

I take these before and after every procedure. As someone that bruises very easily, these make a big difference.

Let me say again, this is not medical advice. 😉 I HIGHLY recommend doing extensive research before proceeding.
Doing your own tox is intimidating enough, don’t let the needle size add to that fear. 32g for a smaller needle.
100 Pack 0.5ml 32G Disposable Syringes
For mapping, I recommend white markers. The violet ones can be hard to remove and the pens don’t actually mark anything. You’ll want to be sure to use them once and discard to keep them sterile.
Tondaus Surgical Marker Ink (White)
Not essential, but this is one of my favorite tips for sleeping the first night after injections. I sleep with a neck pillow to keep me from sleeping on and putting pressure on my face.

I use this right after the spray. Be sure not to use too much.

I like to use a gentle foaming cleanser before I start the procedure. I recommend using it after the numbing step to ensure there is no residual cream on the skin.

Equate 91% Isopropyl Alcohol First Aid Antiseptic, Topical Solution Spray, 10 fl oz
Starting a few days after the procedure, I soak in this to help with bruising.
