What I used to help me complete 75 HARD, not once, but twice!
I successfully completed 75 HARD twice. you only have to complete 7 tasks per day, but add those in with real life and you have one of the hardest challenges ever! Rules include: follow a diet plan, complete two 45-minute workouts (one outdoors), drink 1 gallon of water daily, read 10 pages of nonfiction, and take a daily progress photo.
