I have 2B - 2C wavy THICK dry damaged long hair so I deal with my fair share of hair woes. These are the products I have found that have helped me with my variety of concerns. One of them being that I can sometimes deal with increased hair fall and even hair loss associated with my 70 lb weight loss (Z3pb0und) and thyroid issues. For me to recommended a product, it has to be a real game changer. You kow these did wonders for me to be on this list. I went through a span of time where I used a good chunk of my self care budget just to try the expensive items to see if they were better than drugstore, this is where I settled. 🩷✨

I put this list together for my fellow K-beauty lovers, glowy-skin girlies, and anyone who gets genuinely excited about finding a new skincare favorite. These are Korean skincare finds I’m loving, eyeing, or would totally add to my own routine for hydrated, healthy-looking, dewy skin.

My chronic illness girly favorites for pain days, fatigue days, sensory overload, temperature regulation, low-energy hygiene, medication organization, and making everyday life require a little less effort. These are products, books, comfort items, and accessibility helpers that I personally love or think solve a very real chronic-illness problem. Nothing here is a cure, and what helps one chronically ill body may not help another. Think of this as my giant chronic illness girly toolbox. 💗

A little crochet daydream board for future me. These are the cozy, cute, slightly ambitious projects I fully intend to make someday, once my yarn stash, attention span, and delusional confidence all line up at the same time. 😉
