I've spend about 10 months living near Nadi, Fiji in the South Pacific. These are my recommendations for where to stay in Nadi and what to do that will make your adventures more memorable. I will the say in all honesty, the food here is not my favori...
If you're near Nadi or Port Denarau, Malamala Beach Club is a great day excursion for all! It's beautiful and a quick 30ish min boat ride. Plus they offer a discount if you return more than once within the week
Malamala Fiji Beach Club
A floating bar/platform in the middle of the ocean. Can definitely be more party vibes, but this is worth the experience.
Seventh Heaven | Paradise Is A Place On Earth
Probably the nicest hotel to stay it in/near Nadi.
Sofitel - Nadi - ALL Accor Live Limitless
Right up there with the Sofitel, this Sheraton property is also amazing. Both in Denarau, they're right by the port for any/all excursions
Denarau Island Resort | Sheraton Denarau Villas
Also a great stay option in Denarau. Maybe more family friendly than the others? But great for anyone really. The Thai restaurant here is yummy too
For the more adventurous spirits, the zip lining here was so fun and something different too do (i.e. not the beach)

Also loved this tour because you get to see more cultural parts of Nadi, like the temple and the market. Then you see the beautiful Sleeping Giant gardens

Sabre by South Sea Sailing | South Sea Cruises
The snorkeling stops on this tour is phenomenal! If the conditions are good, it'll go to a sand bar near Survivor Islands and it's so gorgeous
Ride & Slide | South Sea Cruises
Hands down the best Indian food you'll possibly ever have (outside of India, I assume). This is authentic and so good.
Swagat Wine & Dine Restaurant Nadi | Nadi
Had a lovely meal here. Not a great option for vegetarians or vegans, but it was yummy with the limited options for those members of our party
MADAME SO | Sofitel Fiji Resort and Spa
Located in the Radisson, the Thai restaurant here is yummy
CHANTARA THAI RESTAURANT, Denarau Island
It's not Italy Italian, but it's a decent, more upscale meal in Nadi. Located in Crowne Plaza on Wailoaloa Beach
LA BOTTEGA, Nadi - Crowne Plaza
Great coffee, bakery items, and a good place for a decent, low-key meal.
