Growing up in rural Canada, I had always dreamed of the west coast, drawn to the salty air and the sea breeze. Years later after traveling three provinces and twelve states across Canada and the US, I find myself in San Francisco, and immediately feel a sense of belonging. World famous for the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz, SF is also home to 5x Superbowl winners, the san francisco 49ers, as well as the famous Bay Bridge. Situated in Northwestern California, San Francisco is a mild, coastal city with a bustling population of 826,000.
I had the time of my life taking in this beautiful city for the first time, and i dream of returning someday! Out of every major city I've been to across the western United States, San Francisco takes the cake and will always have a piece of my heart. I hope you enjoy these recs as much as I did! xo
