Climb to the dome for an unforgettable view of the city. Then,... 3. Trevi Fountain Make sure to toss a coin into the Trevi Fountain to ensure your return to Rome. It’s especially beautiful at night when it’s illuminated. 4. Pantheon One of the best-preserved ancient Roman buildings, the Pantheon is a must-see. The massive dome with the open oculus is an architectural wonder. 5. Piazza Navona A lively square filled with street artists, beautiful fountains (including Bernini’s Fountain of the Four Rivers), and cozy cafes. It’s a great place to soak in Rome’s atmosphere. 6. Spanish Steps & Via Condotti Climb the Spanish Steps for a great view and then stroll down Via Condotti, Rome’s famous shopping street, filled with designer boutiques. 7. Castel Sant’Angelo Originally built as Emperor Hadrian’s mausoleum, this fortress offers great views of the Tiber River and Vatican City.

Grand Canal & Vaporetto Ride Take a vaporetto (water bus) along the Grand Canal to see Venice from the water. It’s like a floating highway surrounded by stunning palaces. If you prefer something more romantic, go for a gondola ride, especially at sunset. 4. Bridge of Sighs A small but iconic bridge that connects the Doge’s Palace to the old prison. The name comes from the sighs of prisoners who crossed it, catching their last glimpse of Venice before being locked away. 5. Murano & Burano Take a boat trip to the islands of Murano (famous for glassmaking) and Burano (known for its colorful houses and lace-making). Burano is especially charming and perfect for photos. 6. Basilica di Santa Maria della Salute A beautiful baroque church that offers some of the best views of Venice. It’s located at the entrance of the Grand Canal and is stunning at sunset. 7. Libreria Acqua Alta A quirky, unique bookstore where books are stacked in bathtubs and gondolas to protect them from flooding. There’s also a staircase made of books in the back with a great view.

If you’re looking for a beautiful yet underrated Italian city, Mantua (Mantova) is a perfect choice. Known for its Renaissance architecture, rich history, and peaceful lakes, this charming city is ideal for a relaxed getaway. 1. Palazzo Ducale & Camera degli Sposi The Ducal Palace is a massive complex with stunning frescoes, courtyards, and grand halls. The highlight is Camera degli Sposi, painted by Mantegna, famous for its incredible illusionistic ceiling. 2. Palazzo Te A masterpiece of Mannerist architecture, this palace is known for its Hall of the Giants, where the frescoes make you feel like you’re inside a mythological battle. It’s one of the most unique places in Italy. 3. Piazza delle Erbe & Rotonda di San Lorenzo Mantua’s main square is surrounded by medieval buildings, lively cafés, and the Rotonda di San Lorenzo, a beautiful round Romanesque church. It’s the perfect place to soak in the city’s atmosphere. 4. Basilica of Sant’Andrea Designed by Leon Battista Alberti, this church is an architectural masterpiece and is said to house the relic of Christ’s blood. If you're visiting Vicenza, you’re in for a treat! This elegant city is known as the City of Palladio, thanks to its stunning Renaissance architecture designed by the famous architect Andrea Palladio. Here are my top recommendations: 1. Teatro Olimpico A masterpiece by Andrea Palladio, this is the oldest covered theater in the world. The optical illusion of the stage set, designed to look like an endless street, is absolutely mind-blowing. 2. Basilica Palladiana & Piazza dei Signori The Basilica Palladiana, with its beautiful loggias and green copper roof, is the symbol of Vicenza. Right in the heart of Piazza dei Signori, it’s the perfect place to admire Renaissance architecture and enjoy a drink at a nearby café. 3. Villa La Rotonda One of Palladio’s most famous villas, Villa La Rotonda is a perfectly symmetrical masterpiece surrounded by stunning gardens. The harmony of its design inspired countless buildings worldwide. 4. Palazzo Chiericati Now an art museum, this elegant Palladian palace houses works by Veronese, Tintoretto, and Tiepolo. Even if you're not a big art fan, the architecture itself is worth seeing. 5. Monte Berico & Santuario della Madonna di Monte Berico For the best panoramic view of Vicenza, head to Monte Berico, where the Santuario della Madonna stands. The sunset views over the city are breathtaking. 6. Corso Palladio The city’s main street is lined with beautiful historic palaces, boutiques, and cafés. It’s the perfect place for a leisurely stroll and some shopping. 7. Ponte San Michele A charming Venetian-style bridge over the river, often compared to a mini version of Florence’s Ponte Vecchio. It’s a great photo spot! 8. Try Vicenza’s Traditional Food Baccalà alla Vicentina – A delicious slow-cooked salted cod dish, the city’s most famous specialty. Bigoli con l’anatra – Thick pasta with a flavorful duck ragù. Torresani – Roast pigeon, a local delicacy for adventurous eaters!

Verona is a city full of romance, history, and stunning architecture. Best known as the setting of Romeo and Juliet, it has much more to offer beyond Shakespearean charm. Here are my must-visit spots: 1. Arena di Verona A Roman amphitheater older than the Colosseum, still used for operas and concerts. If you can, experience a live performance here—it’s magical! 2. Piazza delle Erbe The heart of Verona, this beautiful square is surrounded by historic buildings, a lively market, and charming cafés. Great for people-watching while sipping an Aperol Spritz. 3. Juliet’s House (Casa di Giulietta) A must-visit for romantics! Touch Juliet’s statue for good luck and step onto the famous balcony. Though it's a tourist spot, it’s still a fun experience. 4. Castelvecchio & Ponte Scaligero This medieval castle houses a museum with impressive artworks, and the adjacent red brick bridge (Ponte Scaligero) offers one of the best views of the city. 5. Piazza dei Signori & Dante’s Statue A stunning Renaissance square featuring Dante’s statue, elegant palaces, and an authentic local vibe. 6. Torre dei Lamberti Climb this 84-meter tower for a panoramic view of Verona. You can take the stairs or use the elevator if you prefer an easier way up. 7. Fenals Beach While Lloret’s main beach is lively, I recommend Fenals Beach if you want a more relaxed atmosphere with crystal-clear waters. It’s perfect for swimming and sunbathing without the big crowds. 2. Santa Clotilde Gardens These stunning Mediterranean-style gardens sit on a cliff overlooking the sea. It’s a peaceful place with beautiful views, making it perfect for a romantic walk or just some quiet time. 3. Castell d’en Plaja A castle-like structure on the edge of the coast, offering one of the most picturesque views in Lloret. The hike up is short but totally worth it! 4. Parish Church of Sant Romà A beautifully designed church with a mix of Gothic and modernist architecture. It’s right in the center of town and a great quick stop. 5. Cala Boadella A hidden gem! This small, secluded beach is surrounded by cliffs and offers a more peaceful experience than the main beaches. 6. Nightlife on Avinguda Just Marlés If you’re into nightlife, this street is full of bars, clubs, and beach parties. Lloret is famous for its vibrant night scene, especially in summer. 7. Water World Lloret If you love water parks, Water World is a fun way to spend the day, especially if you’re visiting with friends or family.

1. Sagrada Família You absolutely can’t miss Gaudí’s masterpiece. The basilica is still under construction, but the details of its facades and interiors are breathtaking. Tip: Book your tickets in advance to skip the long lines. 2. Park Güell One of Gaudí’s most colorful and playful works. The mosaic-covered terraces and fairytale-like architecture make this park feel like something out of a dream. Go early in the morning to avoid crowds. 3. La Rambla & Boqueria Market Stroll down La Rambla, Barcelona’s most famous street, filled with street performers, shops, and cafes. Make a stop at La Boqueria Market to try fresh juices, tapas, and delicious local food. 4. Gothic Quarter (Barri Gòtic) Wander through the narrow medieval streets of the Gothic Quarter. It’s full of charming squares, hidden gems, and historic sites like Barcelona Cathedral. Tip: Stop for churros and hot chocolate at Granja Dulcinea. 5. Hagia Sophia One of the most iconic landmarks in the world, Hagia Sophia has been a church, a mosque, and now a mosque again. The massive dome and intricate mosaics are breathtaking. 2. Blue Mosque (Sultanahmet Camii) Right across from Hagia Sophia, this mosque is famous for its stunning blue tiles and impressive architecture. Try to visit outside prayer times for a quieter experience. 3. The Best Things to visit in Istanbul, Turkey
Kuşadası is a beautiful coastal town in Turkey, known for its beaches, historical sites, and lively nightlife. Here are my must-visit spots: 1. Ephesus (Efes) – Ancient Ruins Just a short drive from Kuşadası, Ephesus is one of the best-preserved ancient cities in the world. Walk through its marble streets, visit the Library of Celsus, and see the Great Theater, where gladiators once fought. 2. Ladies Beach (Kadınlar Denizi) One of the most famous beaches in Kuşadası! It has soft sand, crystal-clear water, and plenty of beach bars and restaurants. Perfect for a relaxing day by the sea. 3. Pigeon Island (Güvercinada) Connected to the mainland by a causeway, Pigeon Island is home to a Byzantine fortress and offers amazing sunset views over the Aegean Sea. 4. Pamukkale & Hierapolis (Day Trip) If you have time, take a day trip to Pamukkale, known for its white travertine terraces and hot springs. Explore the ancient city of Hierapolis, which has a Roman theater and a thermal pool where you can swim among ancient ruins. 6.
