My favorite makeup removing balm. Really works well to take off any stubborn eye makeup. I like to put it on a cotton ball and follow up with a q-tip for the smaller spots around the eyes.
Slaai™ Makeup-Melting Butter Cleanser
Melts your makeup away! I really like this because it is geared towards people with sensitive skin. I also like cleansing balms because they don't give you as much irritation as makeup wipes do, and they last a lot longer.
The Indigo Cleansing Balm Moisturizing Makeup Remover
This is a good option if you like to wear waterproof mascara. It is good for getting that tough makeup off.
Melt Awf Jelly Oil Makeup-Melting Cleanser
As a die-hard Farmacy fan, I love their formulas. This is for sensitive skin and really helps to get all of your makeup off. It's also fragrance free!

I have this, and I use it a LOT. This is great because it's reusable! Just put it in the wash! I use mine with water, and I love how soft it is. It's really good at taking eye makeup off too!
