I use FaceHalo for facial cleansing, who sadly seem to be having issues with their website right now, but you can still buy them through Boots in the UK (or Amazon if needs must). They are a reusable cleaning pad, and they work really great.

I use a hand sanitiser refill from Plastics Free (a UK-based brand), which I just put into a bottle I already have. They're WHO approved, 80% alcohol, carbon neutral shipping, vegan friendly and in a recyclable aluminium bottle.
