Mary-Lou Manizer® Powder Highlighter
Get that wet metal-metallic sheen with this drugstore pick!
Hear me out. These have a green and a blue shift that you might not want for daily wear, but they also look amazing on the eyes, especially over black eyeshadow. A great 2-for-1.
Chameleon Chrome
This is my most reached for highlighter! This amazing formula works over powder or creams! That is rare. Worth every penny and each shade is fair skin approved. The gold is somewhat suspect but it works.

Another classic you probably forgot about. Blends like a dream for that wet look but also includes a cream.
Sleek MakeUP Highlighting Palette - 4 Shades
We don't hear about loose powder highlight much anymore but WNW still has one.

Including this one if you want more of the sheer glitter look. Also, it's gorgeous!

This is a multi-use product, but, I do enjoy using it as a liquid highlighter for a more subtle and buildable look.

This product is a great foundation mix in as well as liquid highlight! The tube is huge you'll never run out.
