I can't recommend Aquis enough. Their toweles absorb more water than any that I have used, which leads to faster drying time. They are gentle on your hair and don't cause breaks or frizz. All you need is this headwrap!

Don't buy this if you have their oil because it works the same. But, it causes the ends of my hair to flip up in a curl! I've tried so many hair oils and this dupes high end for me. Just 1 pump. Use the halo technique to apply.

My favorite high end hair oil will always be Oaui. But, you don't need it with Garnier.
Rose Hair & Body Oil
If you do want a hairspray to add hold, it needs to be lightweight. I love Dove's and it's super affordable for the size. The only downside is the fragrance if you're sensitive. No gummy texture, no crispy hair, no weight.
Dove Frizz Protect & Smooth Hairspray
You can use a good texturizing spray to add hold without using actual hairspray. This is the best I've ever used and I can't find an exact dupe. Worth the money!
Triple Sec 3-in-1 Finishing Spray
I don't use a leave in spray a lot. Sometimes I use it in place of water for heatless curls or scrunching. Also nice for a shot of hydration to help with frizz without using more oil. Also is a heat protectant so I don't need to buy a second product.

If you do want a mousse for curls and holding style, I like this one. You do have to learn how much to use as it will weigh down your hair. Start light.
John Frieda Frizz Ease Curl Reviver Mousse
This is the only gel that I've owned for years! Yes, you can use it to srunch if you like. I'm not really into that look and it adds weight. I love it for taming baby hairs because it doesn't get gummy or give that crispy look/feel.
TRESemmé Extra Hold Gel
This is the best leave in conditioner spray ever! It beats Garnier in that it makes your hair visibly and noticeably soft and shiny when you use it.

I don't brush my hair outside of the shower much anymore, but when I do, I love the wet brush. Another one that doesn't feel like you are brushing.

Once a week I do wash with clinical defense. It's the only product that helps my dry and itchy scalp after trying everything. My hair still comes out great despite this being more medicinal.
Clinical Dandruff Shampoos | Head & Shoulders
I use the anti-frizz version of Head and Shoulders conditioner alongside the clinical defense shampoo once a week. It smells good and works like a charm. I don't use it on the scalp though.
