Living a softer life isn't all about pampering and self care. But taking care of yourself helps you feel calmer, more nourished and whole. I like to buy or make my home spa baskets to use over the weekend or whenever I have time to practice intentional self care. I especially like the ones with more natural ingredients, cosy scents, and that are beautiful to look at. Because let's face it, nothing looks as good as feeling good. ✨🌸
