I use this device regularly to calm my breathing down when I get anxiety. I feel like I forget to breathe sometimes and I end up with terrible anxiety. This helps to regulate it and gives you something to focus on when feeling overwhelmed

Sleep Easier
My weighted blanket helps me relax and feel safe when I can't sleep. This is the adult 8kg version (there are different weight choices depending on your age and weight). This is also the non fleece version. I have a link to the teddy bear fleece one (the one I have myself) on this list too 💛

Struggling to get Organised?
I have the pink one and it's amazing. It's not dated either so you can just use it during stressful times to organise yourself if you prefer and are not normally a diary user (like myself, as much as I’d like to be)! 💛

Lovely pocket size diary I use daily. It's got a monthly review which is a great snapshot of what's to come and helps me to procrastinate less! It also has two ribbons so you can mark two sections of the diary, for this week / next etc 🥰
