Located within walking distance to everything you need in the CBD, the Four Seasons has one of my favourite restaurants too! They really go all out if it’s an occasion to celebrate
FOUR SEASONS HOTEL SYDNEY
The views of the Sydney harbour are unparalleled, and the restaurants buffet breakfast on one of the top floors is delicious and great value
SHANGRI-LA SYDNEY
Really cosy furnishings, and yummy room service. Staying here was really convenient for seeing musicals at Lyric Theatre or shows at the ICC
THE STAR GRAND HOTEL
A bit pricier than some others, but the view and location are UNMATCHED. The restaurants inside are delicious, the room service is incredible, and some of the rooms with bathtubs have bath overlooking the harbour!
SOFITEL SYDNEY DARLING HARBOUR
Looks are deceiving because when you walk inside, the furnishings transport you to another world. It’s lux and chic. The day spa is amazing, and it’s within walking distance to the State Theatre
QT SYDNEY
Another higher end hotel, this one comes with a rooftop pool and incredible views of both the harbour and the opera house! It’s also within convenient walking distance to circular quay and the rocks
INTERCONTINENTAL SYDNEY BY IHG
A really great spot in the CBD, within walking distance to Capitol Theatre as well as a great Japanese restaurant! The rooms are spacious and clean, and there is some room service available
CLUB WYNDHAM SYDNEY
Parramatta
Really quiet and cosy, with easy and convenient parking. Within short driving distance to Accor stadium or qudos bank arena for shows, or Homebush DFO for some shopping
PARKROYAL PARRAMATTA
Really easy to communicate with and book, this place is self contained and on the river. Within short driving distance of Sydney Olympic park, it’s an easy choice on the slightly cheaper end of pricing
MERITON SUITES CHURCH STREET
A comfy hotel on a main road - but surprisingly quiet! They often offer a hotel shuttle bus to and from big concerts at Sydney Olympic park for a small fee - but this saves you having to drive and park!
NESUTO PARRAMATTA SYDNEY APARTMENT HOTEL
Randwick
A cosy hotel in an old nunnery! Some of the rooms look a bit dated, but I promise are really comfortable, and some of the newer renovated rooms are just as good! Really good price point and within walking distance to lots of local cafes and restauran...
AVONMORE ON THE PARK BOUTIQUE HOTEL
Really good price point. Can be difficult for street parking, and this place can be booked for long stays - it has private bathrooms but a communal kitchen if you plan to stay a while
