This book has been life changing for understanding and implementing ACT into sessions. It’s a great basic place to start with ACT.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy: Mindful Change
This book is a holy grail for diagnosing and is so convenient to have a physical copy. I would trust this over an internet search all day as it’s the most updated version. ❣️
