A list of independently run and owned bookstores in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. Many of whom I have visited in the capacity of both reader/patron and as author/poet/performing partaking in a hosted event. Just as many I've heard of but haven't had the pleasure of visiting yet. All of these bookstores are supporters of local authors and artists!

A list of things I used, and still use, to help take care of my body as a runner. Some items will be approximates and alternatives, but the goal is to provide ample items that will assist in both preventative and post injury care if necessary. Most you can definitely take with you on the go, so that it's nearby post run.

Some of my fave running shoes, gear, accessories, and all the running related things I want to get my hands on if I haven't yet. Most of which, I wore throughout school, and still wear now. Some items will be name brand like Nike, Under Armour, but alternative selections will be provided as well where applicable.
