One of my favorite Peruvian spots in Nashville. If it's your first visit, go for the lomo saltado. Tender steak, onions, tomatoes, fries, and rice all come together in the perfect comfort-food-meets-Peruvian-classic dish. You won't be disappointed.

Panca Peruvian Restaurant

A must-visit for Middle Eastern and Turkish cuisine. My favorites include the cabbage rolls, hummus, baba ghanoush, adana kabob, iskender kabob, beyti, and kofta kabob. Don't skip the fresh lavosh bread, and save room for the kunafe for dessert.

Edessa Restaurant Kurdish Turkish Cuisine

One of the few places where you can experience authentic Uzbek cuisine. Try the lamb somsa, chuchvara, osh (plav), lamb manti, noren, pelmeni, and chuchvara shurpa. The Uzbek bread is fantastic, and yes, finish with kunefe if you still have room.

OSH Restaurant & Grill

If you've never had a pupusa, start here. My favorites are the beans, queso, mixed, and queso with loroco pupusas. Make sure to get extra curtido and extra tomato sauce because they absolutely make the meal.

Pupuseria Salvadoreña 1

The portions here are HUGE. The arepas are excellent, especially the queso, pollo, reina pepiada, and pabellón varieties. You also have to try the cachapas, which are one of my favorite Venezuelan dishes.

When I go here, it's yuca con chicharrón all day. Get extra cabbage, onions, and Honduran sauce and thank me later. Simple, flavorful, and incredibly satisfying.

Delicias Las Catrachas

About as close to Vietnam as you're going to get without a passport. Order the beef pho and pair it with an ESP Vietnamese Iced Coffee. The coffee is hands-down one of the best things on the menu and the perfect companion to a steaming bowl of pho.
