Recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a place closer to a lot of Key West landmarks (Duval St, Mallory Square, etc). Also has beach access onsite, which is rare in Key West, and a really nice vibe 🌴

Really great location in Key West. Slightly better location than some of the other hotels on this side of the island as it’s easier to access Duval Street. Still has nice rooms and beach access

Another must-visit place in Key West! Great for an afternoon activity to get out of the sun for a little bit. We did a self-paced tour and loved wandering the house and the grounds. Plus getting the see the famous cats
The Hemingway Home and Museum
Definitely worth a day trip here if you get a chance! Nice clean beach and cool historical site to explore. A little far from most hotels so either drive or take the bus and walk a little ways
Fort Zachary Taylor Historic State Park
A bit of a drive from Key West, but worth it for a day trip. Nice beach and facilities. If you’re looking to stay away from crowds, turn left when you head into the park. Definitely get here early as the line to get in grows later in the day
Bahia Honda State Park
Nice place to visit to get out of the sun for a bit. Super interesting and would go back
The Key West Butterfly and Nature Conservatory
Sunsets at Mallory Square are awesome! Plus many local vendors and entertainers set up at the square so can be entertaining to walk around

If you get a chance to eat here, I highly recommend this restaurant! A little bit off the beaten path and requires a reservation, but the food is sooo good. A quiet place for a date night away from the tourist area
Red Shoe Island Bistro
One of the best restaurants in Key West! The food and drinks are so good. Probably the best Key Lime Pie of the trip and an awesome location for people watching. If you can, try this place for both brunch and dinner and get a table on the balcony
Bagatelle
Quiet bar on a calm side street. Super attentive workers and great cocktails.
The Roost
This is the place for live music in Key West! Such a good vibe and you never know what kind of music you’ll get, but it is consistently good!
Green Parrot Bar
Consistently good food! Not overly expensive, and we went back several times during our trips
