North Carolina Aquarium on Roanoke Island
This is super fascinating! Lots of walking and reading but so educational! Great for homeschool field trips too!!
Wright Brothers National Memorial
If you’re ever in town, you have to stop by Jockey’s Ridge! It’s completely free and so much fun. I have so many fond memories of rolling down the dunes and then trying to trek back up the next one. People bring kites and boogie boards to play too!
