Authentic, cozy, semi popular spot in Chinatown

Liberty Bagels
Huge slices, very popular spot
Joe's Pizza
YES!! I abosolutely loved going here, I suggest the spicy salami pizza! Can have lines out the door but it is WORTH it
L'Industrie Pizzeria
Cute spot and I loved having breakfast there. There is a Sarabeth located near Central Park
Sarabeth's NYC | Best Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch & Dinner ...
A great place for a little desert! If you like Tiff's Treats then this is on par. Warm, soft, and a fairly medium/big size cookie
Levain Bakery | New York City's Most Famous Cookies
You can't go to NYC and NOT have a slice of cheesecake! They have different spots throughout, one is a full restaurant but I went to a bakery only spot and of course, LOVED the cheesecake. (they also had some at the laGuardia airport lol)
Junior's Most Fabulous Cheesecake and Desserts
Known for the caricatures of celebrities, this place is pretty popular in the theater district
Sardi's
Hotels
Clean, safe, subways were near by for traveling through the city, walkable distance to the Brooklyn Bridge
Hotels Lower East Side Manhattan | Hotel 50 Bowery - Hyatt
Landmarks
Didn't go inside but it was pretty neat to see! It's near other attractions so keep an eye out for it!
Flatiron Building
Loved walking this bridge! There are a LOT of souvenir opportunites here from hats, key chains, 360 photo ops, and more
Brooklyn Bridge
A classic landmark BUT a bit pricey, I suggest going to other tall tourist building to see the city like Edge or The Summit
Empire State Building: Visit the Top New York City Attraction
Research different boating services! There are many. There are also tickets to access different points of the statue. Going to the crown is NOT a walk in the park, lots of stairs and a tight space
Statue Of Liberty National Monument (U.S. National Park Service)
WATCH OUT FOR SCAMMERS!!! Please do research on type of scammers down here, the costume photo people, the mix tape givers, and the fake monks!! Enjoy the pretty lights, it's better at night time, but keep in mind there is practically no public bathro...
Times Square NYC
I believe one of the subway routes passes onto this bridge, nice to see, can't walk on it like the Manhattan Bridge
Manhattan Bridge
Iconic photo op spot. Better in the day time!!
Dumbo, Brooklyn
Very quiet and respectful place
9/11 Memorial & Museum
Wasn;t able to spot it on my trips there but still nice to see if you can
New York: Fearless Girl who faced down Wall Street's bull moved to ...
Indoor Spots
Heaven for book lovers, it's FOUR STORYS tall
Union Square, NY - Barnes & Noble
Known for having “18 miles of books” with approx 2.5 million book! They also had cute souvenirs and tote bags (which are good quality btw)
Strand Book Store
The ONLY Harry Potter store that serves butter beer icecream and it is a MUST!! You can also get pretty much any Harry Potter gear (wands, toys, scarves, little hand bag suitcase) and it's near the iconic “Flat Iron” building
Harry Potter New York
I got a customized bracelet from here! It's essential an indoor market space with different artists, jewlwery sellers, food spot, etc!
Chelsea Market
Was pleasantly surprised going in! I would say the price of the tickets were nice since you get to see EVERY exhibit. There is so much to see here from historical artifacts in Egypt to 17th century paintings in Eurpoe and even scultures from Greece. ...
The Metropolitan Museum of Art
Didn't get to go, but still an iconic building
The New York Public Library
Honestly had more of a thrill finding this place through the subway system! I will say the constellation ceiling was a sight to see

Madame Tussauds New York
City View
Nice spot to see a city view of NYC

SUMMIT One Vanderbilt
20 minute drive from NYC, had the option of having door open or closed (will be closed if temperature is too cold). Very nice experience and if you have door open they have a device to keep your phone safe on your body to still take pictures/vides
FlyNYON Helicopter Tours
Didn't go myself becaue I chickened out lol, but another great more exicitng option to see a city view and it not be the Empire State Building
Top of The Rock
Outdoor Spots
Lively place to be and potentially people watch
Madison Square Park
Loved this place! I would describe it as the calmer side of NYC. There were people playing/singing live music. Horses were out, casual passerbyers of all walks of life
Central Park
Small compared to Central Park but still a nice touch of green to the city life
Washington Square Park
Didn't get to go :( but looks like a really pretty place to be. Go if you love nature and/or want a break from the city for a moment
New York Botanical Garden
Shopping district
SoHo
Can see Brooklyn Bridge, near ish to the Dumbo Bridge too. There is actually a carosel near this beach and some food spots. Can get VERY cool at night due to the waters
Pebble Beach
Need To Have/Know!
Loved using this to figure out the subway system. Put in your location as normal and select transit and it will tell you how to get to each station and which SPECIFC one, and even gives an eta on when the subway will arrive
Apple Maps
Another potential option for navigating the subway system. I believe people can give a rating for how many rats were sighted lol
Transit
I mainly only ever saw them in the pit where the tracks are of the subway stations. They are quite big, but personally they didn't bother me, only spooked me once near pebble beach at night and one ran from a bush
Rats
In TimeSquare so might as well stop by and gather any snacks you may need! Keep in mind if you're from out of state, they do charge a couple cents per bag used unless you bring/have your own!
Target
The most popular scam incidents involve the costume people, the fake monks, and fake mixtapes. The costume people have been known for jumping into photos without asking and demanding you to pay them, sometimes multiple of them may jump into a photo a...
