🧀 Edible Charcuterie Bread Board

When you want something a little different for your next charcuterie board, consider a fun centerpiece like COLUMBUS Edible Charcuterie Board. With only a half hour of prep time to make your board and fill it with charcuterie, cheese and accoutrement...
Edible charcuterie board Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven and prepare the pizza crust dough according to the baking instructions on the package.
2. Place 3–4 upside-down oven-safe bowls, ramekins, or metal ring molds near the center of a large rimmed baking sheet, leaving several inches between each one. Generously brush the baking sheet and the outside of the bowls with olive oil.
3. Quarter the dried apricots. Scatter the grapes, apricot pieces, walnuts, and fresh rosemary around the bowls and into the corners of the baking sheet.
4. Roll or stretch the pizza dough until it is roughly the size of the baking sheet. Carefully drape the dough over the bowls and baking sheet, gently pressing it around the bowls and along the edges of the pan.
5. Bake according to the package directions until the crust is golden brown. Carefully invert the baked bread onto another baking sheet and bake for an additional 5–7 minutes to brown and crisp the top. Allow to cool completely.
6. Transfer the bread board to a serving platter or cutting board. Arrange your favorite meats, cheeses, fruits, nuts, crackers, and other charcuterie accompaniments on top and serve.

🌶️ Buffalo Chicken Baked Mac & Cheese

Inspired by Buffalo, New York's famous wings, this recipe is a mash up of Buffalo wings and mac & cheese. The whole family will love this cheesy, chicken-loaded, buttery bread crumb-topped dish for an easy weeknight meal.
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F. Lightly spray an 8-inch square (2-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
2. Bring 2 quarts of water to a boil in a 4-quart saucepan or Dutch oven. Add the pasta from both boxes and return to a boil.
3. Cook the pasta for 9–11 minutes (Or according to package of your pasta), stirring occasionally, until tender. Drain and return the pasta to the pan. Remove from the heat.
4. Stir in 4 tablespoons of butter until completely melted.
5. Add the cooked chicken, shredded mozzarella cheese, milk, Buffalo wing sauce, salt, and the cheese sauce packets from both boxes. Stir until everything is evenly combined, then transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish.
6. In a medium bowl, combine the bread crumbs with 3 tablespoons of melted butter and mix until evenly coated.
7. Sprinkle the buttered bread crumbs evenly over the pasta. Bake for 24–28 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly (165°F in the center) and the topping is golden brown.
8. Top with crumbled blue cheese, if desired, and serve warm.
