I love attachment theory and am interested in EFT, but I think I would have gleaned more from this one had I actually read it, instead of listened to it.

I love, love, love Julie Mennano and this is a very helpful, easily relatable and applicable, book.

This did give me some good suggestions and a better understanding of perimenopause. The author’s qualifications are a little questionable (she’s a reporter, not a doctor), but I think it’s a good first foray into the subject.

IFS as a modality is actually pretty triggering to me personally. But there were some good takeaways in this one.

Honestly, I don’t know why I picked this one up in the first place - gaming and sci fi? But it was SO FUN! Creative, unique (I’ve never read anything like it), and chock full of nostalgic 80s references. Can’t wait to watch the movie!
