I fell in love with these while traveling and no where near me makes them, so I learned to make them myself. I threw more than just the first pancake away, but I got it right eventually and it was so worth the effort!
Grocery
By far the best premade 1-to-1 flour option for gluten free. This makes life so much easier because I can just use a vegan recipe and swap this in.
This is my favorite brand for gluten free pasta. The zucchini penne and cauliflower elbows are fantastic. I haven't tried the spaghetti yet.
This is the best GF pie crust mix around! Even my non-gf friends like this, buut it doesn't get that golden toasted look.

The only peanut butter I prefer to this is fresh from the grinder at my/your local co-op, and really, I'm a peanut butter connoisseur, so I would know.
Its so wild to me that outside of certain cultures and the vegan community people aren't using nutritional yeast. I put it in pretty much every savory dish I make and it adds a fullness and depth of flavor that's really great.

Any ground flax seed will do for flax eggs.
1tbsp ground flax & 2tbsp water. Does not work well for brownies, but good for about everything else.

Not necessary for baking (just use flax egg or applesauce) but good for stir frys, savory pie fillings, etc.

Amazing food. On par with Michelin star restaurants in my opinion.
This is pricey one, but for the longest time I didn't know you could have this kind of OTT dining experience with dietary restrictions. You can! EMP has 3 Michelin stars and the menu is plant based.
I was never a big sushi fan, but this gorgeous vegan sushi spot blew my mind. You have to check it out if you're nearby.
