Almost everyone that responded to me recommended The Woodlands. This neighborhood is north of Houston and is supposed to be very nice!

Everyone recommended the Heights. This neighborhood is supposed to be supper walkable and close to downtown.

I didn’t get too many recommendations for the East End but from my research it looks like there is a fair amount of new housing so it might be more of an up and coming neighborhood. Located in the east side of Houston.
