Excellent NAC for a decent price! Available online and in some health food stores. I mostly use it in the recovery phase of colds/flus. My elderly mother uses it to ease pain and help her sleep, despite the fact it is NOT a sleep aid or pain killer. I do NOT use it everyday but I have another friend who uses it to reduce phlegm. YMMV.
