This is my favorite Higashino book so far. I loved the seaside atmosphere and how beautifully the ocean was described. The interactions between Kyohei and Yukawa were also one of my favorite parts.

This was such an easy and interesting read. I liked the conversations between the characters and how the story slowly revealed the truth. It’s also one of the Higashino books where I felt some sympathy toward the culprit.
