I’m a mom and a teacher. I believe everyone needs a break sometimes. So here are some things I use in the calming corner at school and my chill zone at my house.

Hang it from the ceiling, drape it over the chair. The kids feel like they’re in their own little space but it’s see through enough to make sure that they’re OK. My kids love this because it just adds a new element sitting under a canopy.

This is a perfect way to ‘time’ their chill time. Nice it rain is appears or disappears, they know the time is up. This helps with time management in the chill zone

They help ‘distract’ kids from the issue at hand. It teaches them to breath and relax. It also uses hand eye coordination to follow the made. Plus they are double sided.
