I have bad teeth, and it isn't my fault. But I've started using GuruNanda's pulling oil every morning and I like how I feel after it. I also make sure to oil pull BEFORE I brush my teeth, that way I can brush off all the bacteria and whatnot.

While I don't have this brand specifically, I did get an African net sponge and I love it! It lathers really well and dries quickly. I just wish the handles were a little longer on mine, but it isn't a huge deal.

I don't drink coffee, I never have. This brewed cacao drink is delicious, warm, and gives you energy without the crash like you'd get from caffeine. There are a bunch of different flavors too, double chocolate is just one of my favorites!
