items This is a list of items I would recommend for a passenger going on an Antarctic cruise. These are brands i have used but of course it doesn't mean they are the only good brand out there.
These are great. I use them as guide under my outer layer. There are many great jackets out there but you won't regret picking a down jacket.

Often in the zodiac you will need to kneel down on the floor to get those great views of whales and other wildlife. The floor is hard and if you suffer with your knees, I recommend knee pads.

The wind is bitter and can burn your skin in Antarctica. Make sure you can bring something to cover your face to save chapped skin.
