This is the saying I share with my sister as we watch our parents age. My dad is 85 years old and still doesn't need a walker or cane. He just renewed his drivers license. He is always up and moving around, nothing complicated, just moving.
If you do anything at all, just walk. Moving doesn't have to be complicated.
