My mommy makeover required sports bra and either a fully body compression garment or high waist thigh shapers during recovery
Front zip with light/medium compression. Get the size you would order prior to surgery
Women's Sports Bras
High waist with silicone strips on the waistband and legs to keep in place. Medium compression

This did not even come close to closing the first few days after surgery, but day 9 I was able to fasten on the loosest setting. I would consider this med-high compression
Shapewear - high compression
Might as well be cute! Check the size for calf circumference for the best fit without being too tight

Used pre-surgery and post-surgery to prevent infection
HibiClens antimicrobial cleanser
You could use either soap but I'm an overachiever and purchased both
Antibacterial Bar Soap
Before I could take a shower, I used these to wipe down and feel clean. I used as is then rinsed and added the antibacterial soap to clean around my incisions
Soap infused shower wipes
After you towel off, used these clean towels on my incision areas to blot away any excess moisture

I already had something similar from treating plantar fasciitis years ago and glad I did because this thing was used
Flexible ice pack
Supplements | Drinks | Vitamins
Mix 1 packet with warm water, stir to dissolve. I mixed with a little light pineapple juice for a refreshing treat that served a purpose.

Arnica is supposed to help with bruising and bromelain to help with swelling. Both needed after surgery

Pain relief + muscle aches
Advil Pain Reliever
Recommended by my doctor to take prior to and 3 months following surgery. Take as noted

Required? No. Helpful and recommended? Absolutely. Borrow if you can
Moving after surgery is so important. It may not feel great but you are helping your recovery. You can start with a low speed and build up. I had an alarm to walk every hour for 10 minutes minimum.
Walking pad
I had a regular recliner but kinda wished I had borrowed or purchased one that lifted. Stomach muscle repair HURTS. I slept in my reclined for the first several weeks.

Have a small surface nearby to keep water, fan, remote, phone charger, etc.

If you don't have a bench or seat in your shower, you will want one of these especially for the first few times showering
