Kyra’s cupcakes are the best in the city - gluten free or otherwise. Don’t sleep on their hand pies or donuts! The only negative is the wait. The service can be very slow at the counter and there is always a line, but it’s worth it!

Mikiko is my favorite little sweet stop in Portland. They have great donuts but get the hotdog donut or the fried chicken sando if they are available. The savory sweet combo with the lightly chewy texture of Mivh donuts is such a joy.

We love the fried chicken plate at Screen Door! They will make the chicken gluten free for you if you ask and it’s the best fried chicken in Portland. The Porch Swing drink is also a favorite. We like it so much we got engaged there!
